Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order only.

Any cancellation request made after 6 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled within the allowed time will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer only.

Customers must share their UPI ID or bank account details for refund processing.

Cancellation requests are accepted only within the 6-hour window.

Orders placed during sale or offer periods may not be eligible for cancellation (if applicable).

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) orders, once processed, cannot be cancelled.
