Return & Exchange Policy

We value our customers and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy

Once an order is placed, all sales are final.

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective.

All return requests are subject to verification by our team.

Upon approval, the refund will be processed as per our policy.

Exchange Policy

We do offer an exchange policy. You may request an exchange if:

  • You receive a broken or damaged product, or
  • You receive an incorrect product, or
  • You are not satisfied with the product received.

Important Notes for Exchange

Exchanges are applicable only for products of the same price or higher value.

We do not offer exchanges for items priced lower than the original product.

Any price difference (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.

Shipping charges for exchange cases will be borne by the customer.

Before Claiming Return or Exchange

To process your return or exchange request, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Customers must share the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The unboxing video must be sent to us on WhatsApp (+91 98770 66703) or via email at helpminimuse@gmail.com

  • Any claim raised after 24 hours of delivery will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be considered.


Non-Eligible Cases

  • Any return or exchange claim made after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Failure to share the unboxing video within 24 hours.

  • Damage caused due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear & tear.

  • Products that are used, altered, or not in original packaging.

  • Claims raised without proper proof (unboxing video/images).

Note: Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery are strictly non-claimable and will be automatically rejected.

 

Refund Process (Applicable Only for Approved Returns)

  • Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via UPI or Bank Transfer only.

  • Customers must share their UPI ID or bank account details for refund processing.

  • Refunds are applicable only in approved return cases.

  • No refund will be provided in case of an exchange.

  • No shipping charges will be deducted in case of defective or damaged products approved for return.
